Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has its upsides and downsides. The rooms, despite not being very clean and having a bad smell from the fridge, are spacious with a queen bed and an alcove area, making them quite comfortable. The service, though not always helpful initially, turned around when they swiftly dealt with disturbances. The location, although not the cleanest, is strategically close to the Alexandria desert road and offers easy access for sightseeing, particularly to the pyramids. The dining experience, while being repetitive, was decent, and the overall service and room spaciousness were good.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were large and clean but a bit dated, though they were uncomfortably hot and noisy due to proximity. The service had its ups and downs, with a dedicated team but poor handling of guest complaints. The location was a bit far from the city center but conveniently close to the Pyramids. The dining options were repetitive, although breakfast was good. Overall, it had its positive and negative sides.
